It’s human nature to want sympathy when something doesn’t work out right. Empathy when we’re hurt or disappointed that something went wrong…
It’s also human to fight like hell to be comfortable, which is why so many of us humans pick friends based on who makes us feel the best. This however isn’t the BEST for us in the long run.
Find friends (Sisters) who call you out when you miss the workout, not tell you that you deserve the break.
Find friends / (Sisters) who when you call to vent to them, they dont always agree with you, but rather tell you painful truths.
Find friends (Sisters) who aren’t afraid to hurt your feelings because your growth is more important than your comfort.
You will only go as far as the accountability that you have. If your friends (Sisters) don’t challenge you, you better find new friends (Sisters) or get used to being exactly where you are RIGHT NOW. 💜
