Our Founder
Our founder, Yasmeen Duncan, is a force multiplier and transformational leader with over 20 years of Human Resources experience, including serving as a Global Chief People Officer. A 2x entrepreneur, executive coach, and sought-after speaker, Yasmeen has built her career by elevating people and redefining workplace culture. Now, she’s on a mission to help Black women secure their rightful place at the table—or boldly build their own. Join us to learn from a seasoned expert in leadership, legacy, and professional fulfillment.

Career Advice
In your professional journey as a black woman, remember that your unique experiences, perspectives, and talents are your greatest assets. Embrace your authenticity and leverage it to stand out in your field. Be intentional about seeking mentors and allies who can support and advocate for you. Continuously invest in your skills and knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and seeking out opportunities for growth. Don’t shy away from challenging situations; instead, view them as opportunities for learning and growth. Remember that your voice matters, so speak up confidently and assertively.
